Steve Gutzler, founder and president of LEADERSHIP QUEST, a Seattle-based leadership organization, is an authentic and engaging communicator. Having traveled and spoken extensively over the past 25 years in the U.S., the Philippines and Latin America, he has presented, trained and coached executives and managers of Fortune 500 corporations, non-profit organizations and professional athletes. Steve Gutzler holds degrees in education and theology from LIFE Pacific College in Los Angeles, California. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Ford Youth and Family Foundation. As a strong community leader, Steve was asked to coach and consult professional athletes, business owners and corporate executives on setting personal and professional goals in alignment with their core values and mission. During his continued work, he found a real need and devotion to develop sustainable future leaders. Steve then founded Leadership Quest in 1995 and has continued to grow and develop his moving presentations and training programs through the relationships and experiences with his clients. With Julie, his wife of 23 years, and the couple’s three children, Steve Gutzler resides in Issaquah, Washington where he is publishing his first book, 40 Touches a Day – the Incredible Power of Encouragement.
